Dr. Vinyl & Associates Ltd will introduce a new shipping policy that will be very beneficial to all Dr. Vinyl partners. Effective March 1, 2024, Dr. Vinyl will be offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders exceeding $300!
To qualify for free shipping on orders over $300.00, the following guidelines must be met:
All purchases must be made through the Dr. Vinyl Parts Department Warehouse in Lee’s Summit, MO.
You must sign up for ACH (Automatic Clearing House) to allow Dr. Vinyl to automatically receive payment for all purchases on the 15th of the following month in which you purchased the product.
All in-house orders only, totaling $300.00 or more, we will pay the freight. However, if you request a freight service other than standard UPS ground service, the free freight policy is waived.
There will be a $10.00 per box packaging and handling fee.
Achieving a $300 order can be very simple by planning ahead. We suggest you keep a running list of your inventory on a weekly basis, especially the products you use consistently. Accumulating more products for an order will save you freight for the month. When the first of the month arrives, place your order. Remember, if you order on the 1st of the month, payment for that invoice will not be due until the 15th of the following month (that’s 45 days).

We are offering this to you for multiple reasons. We would sincerely like for all partners to purchase Dr. Vinyl Quality Approved products from headquarters to help assure that our customers are receiving the best quality repair materials in the industry. We also know for a fact, the more you purchase from Dr. Vinyl headquarters, our buying power will increase which enables us to be in a better position to negotiate the best possible pricing on products that we offer to you. With the cost of shipping steadily increasing, we understand that we are taking a big risk with a free freight policy so low. However, we believe that we can all come together to make this a winning situation for all Dr. Vinyl partners. It will take everyone’s support to this new policy for it to work.
This new policy will be in effect from March 1, 2024 – December 20, 2024. After this initial period, we will re-evaluate the success of the program. If we do not see an increase in purchases from the Dr. Vinyl Parts department, which will help us increase our buying power for the entire franchise system, we may be forced to discontinue this policy.
