I found everything you said about working together with other franchises extremely inspiring and I’m sure so did a lot of other people. You’re right – it does help everyone! I’m sure that your speech helped people understanding how important communication is. Not just within a franchise but also with different franchises. After all we’re all part of the Dr. Vinyl family. Our new upholstery-technicians from Michigan told me during their training in Steve’s upholstery class that they were so glad to be able to talk to you and profit from your experience and knowledge.
