Hi,

I am assuming the decking is about 10-15 years. Yes plywood underneath. Some of them have a bit of dry rot, so it is a bit soft. I didn’t charge enough to replace the rot, then would just like it sealed back into place and looking better than the pictures. Yes I am hoping I can use a heat gun and some deck sealant to shape and mould the seams back down. I was then thinking of adding a bit of the VSR so that it stays solid and just doing a quick touch up paint job to blend it in. I am hoping this type of repair will last a little while until they decide to replace the decks. Thank you for your input. I really do appreciate it.
