I have done this job on a Jaguar. The leather had shrunk due to heat and not taking care of the leather.
I had the dash taken out by the dealer and attempted to stretch the leather with light water. To no aval the leather
was too far gone for repair.
I decided to just take the leather cover off and make a New cover out of Vinyl
The end result was Perfect.
