Convention 2020 Response Form

Dear Franchise Partners, We are trying to get an idea of how many attendees we will have at Convention 2020. The annual event is scheduled for Thursday March 5th thru Saturday March 7th, 2020. This will be a three-day convention with a Owners Only meeting beginning on Thursday afternoon. Meetings and demonstrations for all other technicians will begin Friday morning throughout Saturday. The location will be at the Marriott Hotel (Kansas City Airport). Please wait for further notice before contacting the Marriott to make reservations. There’s a lot of planning and hundreds of hours put in by staff members to bring the Dr. Vinyl/The Doctors Touch convention to life. As always, the convention is not possible without your support, therefore, we need your commitment to attend as soon as possible. Like last year, for ALL associates (local associates included) spending a minimum of three nights at the hotel during convention (Thursday, Friday & Saturday night), I will pay for one-night hotel expense. I will credit the one-night hotel cost to your parts account. This only applies to owners, contractors and employees. The attendance at convention has been on the increase now for three consecutive years.  We need that trend to continue.  If we as a franchise system are unable to have at least 200 attendees at the upcoming convention, I will be forced to cancel the 2020 event.
