Dr. Dr. Vinyl and Associates,

Let me begin with saying THANK YOU for all of the assistance you have provided to ECP Inc., the claims reps, our claimants, as well as Bob Fuka and myself. You have been such a pleasure to work with and in the line of business that we are in, it sure does help when you have individuals who care about their work. You have been such a welcomed addition to our business and words cannot express how pleased we are with Dr. Vinyl, the technicians, and you.

We would also like to extend our appreciation to Rick Cleven, Dr. Vinyl technician for Northern Illinois, for his professional manner and ability to remove the toner that was spilled in our client Gregory Friesser's vehicle. The customer thought there was no way to remove this staining. Then Rick went to Mr. Friesser's place of employment and removed the stain. We have had so much positive feedback from the vehicle owner, the dealership Planet Toyota, as well as our Sales Representative, that we wanted to let you know that Rick excelled to satisfy this customer for us.

Then we have Percival Buchanan, the gentleman who lives in Florida and wanted nothing short of replacing everything on the interior of his vehicle. He was totally skeptical about anything being done using solutions (cleaning products, dyes, etc.) due to health issues. Tom Morrill, Dr. Vinyl technician for St. Petersburg, FL, explained every single step of the process. Tom dyed the dashboard and the steering wheel and Mr. Buchanan was amazed. He said that he was very impressed with Tom, as he knew what he was doing and the vehicle looks FANTASTIC. Mr. Buchanan was then ready to accept the dyeing procedure for the carpet, which Tom went back the following day to complete. Mr. Buchanan even learned that Dr. Vinyl can repair damaged vinyl siding and was anxious to tell his friends. Tom is genuinely an asset to Dr. Vinyl.

For all of the above said, we would like to once again thank you, Rick Cleven, and Tom Morrill, for all of your professionalism, hard work, and dedication. It is extremely rare to receive positive feedback, especially from a dealership. ECP looks forward to extending all business that requires dyeing or even hints at being a challenge to Dr. Vinyl. Service Master will continue to do our SIMPLE stains but Dr. Vinyl has proven that there is no stain or vehicle owner too intimidating for Dr. Vinyl.
