Prior to you repairing our damaged interior parts, we were being charged an average of $85 by the Omaha Auto Auction on our Ford Program Units. This expense was adding up. In fact, prior to your services, our average turnback cost was over $60. Per unit. Today, our annual average turnback cost is below $35 per unit.
