Questionnaire

First I want to thank you for your recent request for information from Dr. Vinyl.  We are gratified that you have seen something about Dr. Vinyl that makes you want to know more.

We now receive up to 20 inquiries each day from people looking to start their own franchise businesses.  Obviously only a few will become serious candidates for Dr. Vinyl or, for that matter, any business franchise at all.  Before we send you a large packet of information and waste a lot of your time and our money in the process, I would like for you to complete the following questionnaire.  There are no right or wrong answers.  Instead, the questionnaire is designed to get you to really think about what being a business owner is all about.

We have found that you shouldn't think too much about any one question.  Your first impression is usually the best.  Be honest with yourself.  Don't even try to guess what "answer" we are looking for.  You will notice there is no financial qualifier section.  It is fair to tell you your initial investment will include our franchise fee ($39,500), a suitable commercial van, and 3-4 months of working capital.  A significant portion of the initial investment can often be financed with good credit and collateral.

Once you complete the questionnaire and return it to us, you can expect to receive a large packet of Dr. Vinyl information by mail.  You will have every opportunity to perform a thorough investigation, talk to lots of Dr. Vinyl franchise owners, and see what everyday Dr. Vinyl life is all about.

Again, thanks for your request.  We hope to hear back from you soon.

Sincerely,
Janet Pribble
